Janalynn Castelino is fueling excitement for her long-awaited second Spanish release “Que Me Ha Pasado”. The pop singer-songwriter, record producer and doctor officially announced the news on Instagram, revealing the title and release date.  The single, which marks her first for the year 2026, is due out on February 20, next Friday. 

The global vocalist made her international debut with “Drama” back in September 2024 and has since garnered snowballing popularity, especially after the release of her sonically innovative English song “But Without You” in 2025. This upcoming single “Que Me Ha Pasado” is her second release in the Spanish language. Earlier, she posted a reel captioned with “Get ready for this!”. After much anticipation from fans over the last week, Castelino revealed the title alongside a 3-photo carousel posted to Instagram, while sporting a hot-pink stripe tank top reading 'single', paired with beige denim trim shorts. She additionally wrote “I'm super excited for this! As we edge closer to the release date, I'll share more on that....” 

Janalynn Castelino, known for her powerful vocal color and dynamic nuance, is the only Indian-Italian origin artist, to prominently perform, write and commercially release music in the Spanish language. With her multi-cultural background, she’s crafting an authentic soundscape that carries artistic distinctiveness. Her music explores contemporary themes of love, introspection and emotional turmoil. Though the two-named moniker remains standard for her recording and singing career, as a songwriter, she goes by her full name, Janalynn Joseph Castelino.
