In a world that rarely slows down, Ektā was created as an invitation to do exactly that — to pause, listen, reflect, and reconnect.

Taking its name from the Sanskrit word for “oneness,” Ektā is a nine-track New Age & Ambient album built around spirituality, mindfulness, meditation, nature, and our shared humanity. Across the project, artists and musicians from different parts of the world bring together traditional instruments, meditative voices, choirs, ambient soundscapes, and contemporary electronic production.

At the center of the project is a simple belief: cultures, voices, instruments, and musical traditions may be different, but music can provide a common language between them.

For Ektā, internationally renowned music collective Cafe De Anatolia ventures deeper into the worlds of New Age & Ambient music, collaborating with an international group of artists that includes GRAMMY®-winning artist Antaeus; Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree Madame Gandhi; and Amani Sol, creator behind the Relax My Dog brand.

The result is a mantra- and meditation-inspired album that moves between organic instrumentation, cinematic ambience, spiritual influences, and contemporary electronic production.

Released on August 14, 2026, Ektā made an immediate impact, reaching #1 on the iTunes New Age Albums chart in the United States and #1 on the iTunes Overall Albums chart in India. Since its release, the album has surpassed 100,000 streams across all platforms, marking a strong beginning for Ektā and its journey into the New Age & Ambient world.

Nine Tracks, One Journey

Across nine compositions, Ektā moves through different cultures, emotions, spiritual traditions, and forms of meditation while keeping the concept of oneness at its core.

The journey begins with “Home,” a cinematic and mysterious New Age composition featuring guitar and tambura by Billy Esteban and expressive vocals from acclaimed GRAMMY® nominee and three-time Latin GRAMMY® nominee AleMor. Exploring belonging, reflection, and the search for an inner sense of home, the track establishes the emotional foundation of the album.

The second track, “Ocean,” enters a more meditative space. Featuring Madame Gandhi, the composition becomes a conversation with nature, inviting the listener toward a deeper state of awareness and connection with the natural world.

“Goddess Mantra,” the album’s third track, draws inspiration from Indian mantra and chant traditions, connecting Ektā with some of the spiritual influences that helped shape its wider concept.

The fourth track, “Echoes of You,” explores a more classical New Age direction and features violin from two-time GRAMMY® Award winner Frederika Krier, bringing another organic dimension to the album’s atmospheric palette.

The journey continues with “Shiva Nirvana,” an extended guided meditation blending elements of Indian spirituality with the voice of Madame Gandhi and a downtempo electronic foundation created by Cafe De Anatolia.

The sixth track, “Kyrie,” is conceived as a musical blessing. Created by Antaeus, the composition draws on an atmospheric and spiritual character to create one of the album’s purest New Age moments.

It is followed by “Aether,” a cinematic New Age composition that opens the project into a wider, almost filmic soundscape.

The eighth track, “Deep Water,” combines choir performances from East Balkan Noble Voices with flute and atmospheric production to create one of the album’s most immersive and contemplative moments, led by producer Nickarth.

Finally, “Desert Night” brings the journey to a close with violin performances from two-time GRAMMY® nominee An Vedi, completing Ektā’s passage through meditation, nature, spirituality, and cultural connection.

A Meeting of Cultures and Instruments

The musical identity of Ektā comes from the meeting of instruments and traditions that might not ordinarily occupy the same space.Throughout the album, organic instrumentation exists alongside lush electronic textures, cinematic ambience, and meditative production.

The project features keyboards and music production by Antaeus; programming and music production by Nickarth; dulcimer by Pete Giatrakus; ney flute by Thanassis Vassilopoulos; sitar by Iasonas Psarakis; tambura and guitar by Billy Esteban; and kaval, duduk, and oud performed by members of Rialians On Earth.

Vocals are contributed by Madame Gandhi and AleMor, with lyrics by Monika Ilieva, alongside violin performances from Frederika Krier and An Vedi and contributions from the East Balkan Noble Voices choir.

Behind the recordings is an international engineering team that includes GRAMMY®-winning engineer Joe Maldonado, multi-GRAMMY®-nominated engineer Tony Correli, recording engineers Stefan Petanovski and Valdera, and multi-GRAMMY®-winning engineer Alex Psaroudakis.

Taking “Ektā” Beyond the Album

The concept behind Ektā is also being extended beyond streaming platforms through a series of intimate listening and experience events, bringing the album directly to New Age & Ambient audiences.

Events have been planned in San Francisco on August 18, New York on September 24, Los Angeles on October 4, and London on October 18, creating spaces where audiences can experience both the music and the philosophy behind the project in a more immersive setting.

At the heart of these experiences is the same idea that inspired the album itself: oneness.

Through nine tracks, Ektā brings together musicians from different cultural backgrounds, traditional instruments, meditative voices, choirs, electronic textures, and contemporary New Age production.
