Newcomer Imen Siar is proof that greatness can be found in the most unlikely of places. The 23-year-old dreamed of a music career while working in Nando’s in South London, her only creative outlet being to post videos of her singing into a mop during breaks from work. Her talent was discovered by the New York label icons + giants, which had just been launched by two influential hitmakers Billy Mann & Benton James, whose previous credits include P!nk, John Legend and Supah Mario.

The music world was stunned recently by country music legend Dolly Parton turning down a nomination for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Ever the lady, she was graceful in declining the offer, making the following statement on her social media:

Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Tenille Townes has revealed that her forthcoming EP, Masquerades, is due out on 22^nd April via Columbia Nashville/Sony Music Nashville in partnership with RCA Records. The soul-baring collection sees Tenille pull down her mask and shine a light on the emotions that we get used to hiding. 

Breakout US star Morgan Wade has announced her first ever UK headline tour in support of her hugely acclaimed debut album Reckless. Touring the UK in June 2022, she will play The Garage, London on June 21st, Glasgow’s Oran Mor on June 23rd and Manchester Academy 3 on June 24th.

Ahead of a huge show at The O2 Arena in London for C2C Festival this weekend, multi-platinum selling country star Russell Dickerson has announced he will return to the UK for a run of dates this Autumn. The tour includes a date at London’s Electric Ballroom on October 12th.
