Jingle Bell Ball is a concert held every year in December, by 95.8 Capital FM at London's O2 Arena. Headline acts have included Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Janet Jackson so far. Jingle Bell Ball is hosted by 95.8 Capital FM presenters Johnny Vaughan, Lisa Snowdon, Richard Clarke and Kat Shoob. A portion of ticket sales profit is donated to Help a London Child, 95.8 Capital FM's flagship charity.

95.8 Capital FM's Help a London Child is a grant giving charity, which provides practical and lasting support to thousands of youngsters aged 18 and under. Help a London Child provides financial support to grass-root projects working with London's less advantaged children and young people. Help a London Child was launched in 1975 by Lord Attenborough, as 95.8 Capital FM's charity. Over the last thirty four years, Help a London Child has raised in excess of £21,000,000 and awarded that amount to over 12,000 small groups and charities.

Jingle Bell Ball was first held on 8 December 2008, sponsored by the London Lite and Zavvi; and Rihanna was the headline act for it. Jingle Bell Ball 2008 line-up included: The Pussycat Dolls, Boyzone, Will Young, The Script, The Saturdays, Anastacia, Craig David, Sugababes, Lemar, Alphabeat, Scouting for Girls, Enrique Iglesias, James Blunt, James Morrison and Gabriella Cilmi. Jingle Bell Ball 2009 saw the event span to 2 days and was held on 5-6 December 2009. Lady Gaga headlined the 5 December 2009, sponsored by Windows 7, which also featured Miley Cyrus, Jordin Sparks, Noisettes, Taio Cruz, Tinchy Stryder, JLS, Pixie Lott, Chipmunk, Sugababes, The Saturdays, Westlife, N-Dubz and Jedward. Janet Jackson was the headliner on the 6 December 2009; while JLS, Shakira, Dizzee Rascal, Alexandra Burke, Backstreet Boys, The Veronicas, Flo Rida, Esmée Denters, Metro Station, Agnes Carlsson, Ne-Yo, La Roux, Alesha Dixon and Jedward also featured.

Jingle Bell Ball is back for 2010 on 4-5 December 2010 at O2 Arena, London. The line-up for Jingle Bell Ball 2010, sponsored by Windows 7, is announced by 95.8 Capital FM. Performers for Saturday, 4 December 2010 include: The Script, Cee-Lo Green, Black Eyed Peas, The Wanted, Nicole Scherzinger, Jason Derulo, Olly Murs, Taio Cruz, Alexandra Burke and McFly. Music acts for Sunday, 5 December 2010 are: Kylie Minogue, JLS, Akon, Tinie Tempah, The Saturdays, The Wanted, Flo Rida, Jay Sean, Example and Labrinth.

Kings of Leon is an American band which came into existence in the year 2000 from Tennessee. It is made up of four talented men including the three Followill brothers namely Jared (on the bass), Caleb (playing the rhythm guitar and the lead vocals as well), and Nathan (on drums). The 4th band member playing the lead guitar is Matthew Followill , the cousin of the three brothers.

"Radioactive" is the first single due out of the bakers dozen on Come Around Sundown, which will also be released as a deluxe edition featuring live songs recorded at the band's recent show at London's Hyde Park.

Their highly acclaimed fifth album 'Come Around Sundown' became their third consecutive album to debut at #1 when it topped the UK album charts last week on release, claiming both the biggest week one sales of the year & the biggest ever first week digital sales along the way.

Kings Of Leon have topped the UK and US album charts with their fifth album 'Come Around Sundown', beating Robbie Williams' greatest hits collection "In and Out Of Consciousness". The record-breaking album sold more than 183,000 copies including 49,000 downloads has become the most downloaded album this year so far, reported in the Sky News.

US rockers KOL will perform in five cities including Coventry, Sunderland, Manchester, London and Edinburgh. The band had played at London's Hyde Park last year in front of 65,000 fans, their biggest ever performance in UK.

Like last years Hyde Park show, the tickets sold out in seconds and these new shows are set to be one of the highlights of next year's live calendar. Tickets for London's Hyde Park go on sale from 9am on Wednesday 3rd November.

Taio Cruz (pronounced Tie-oh Cruise) (born 23 April 1983) is a Brit Award winning and MOBO-nominated English singer-songwriter, occasional rapper, and music producer.

In 2008 he released his debut album Departure which he arranged and produced himself. In October 2009, he released his follow up album Rokstarr which includes his number one single "Break Your Heart". In between the two albums and at present, Cruz has been working on productions and writing songs for Cheryl Cole, Brandy and the Sugababes.

He is the founder and C.E.O. of Rokstarr Music London, which in 2006 released his debut single "I Just Wanna Know". Also in 2006, he signed a joint-venture partnership deal with Music Companies, Republic Records and Island Records. In the UK, Cruz has worked with many artists including Omar, Nitin Sawhney, Wookie, and Will Young.

Following the success of his own singles, record label chief Simon Cowell approached Cruz to write and produce tracks for Alexandra Burke, Leona Lewis and Shayne Ward.

At the 2008 MOBO Awards he was nominated for best single for the song "She's Like A Star" and performed the single alongside the Sugababes who feature on the official remix of the song.

In April 2010 Taio Cruz performed a live music session for London's Big Top 40 with presenters Rich and Kat. An audience of influential UK bloggers were present in the Big Top 40 studios, during an intimate, live acoustic performance. The artist was interviewed by Rich and Kat and he also performed three songs from his second album, Rokstarr, including Dirty Picture and Break Your Heart. During his interview Taio Cruz told Rich and Kat that Michael Jackson would be his dream collaborator as well as Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake. He also spoke fondly of his experiences working with fellow artists Britney Spears, Shayne Ward and The Pussycat Dolls. As a multi-talented artist Taio Cruz said he wouldn't be able to decide on a preference between his role as a producer, singer or songwriter and said that he loves being involved in all three.

There are a number of characteristics that come in one’s mind while thinking of the modern Western Music. Sometimes it is only the instrumentation that differentiates the Western Music from the other types of music. Western Music is often said to be a complex form in a dense, and harmonic vertical fashion.
