GRAMMY-winning rock duo Twenty One Pilots are back—and they’re bringing the heat. Today, the band dropped “The Contract,” the explosive first single from their upcoming album Breach, due September 2025 via Fueled By Ramen. Alongside the new track, they’ve also announced THE CLANCY TOUR: BREACH 2025, a sprawling North American headline tour that kicks off September 18 in Cincinnati, OH.

“The Contract” picks up where last year’s Clancy left off—serving as the next chapter in the band’s intricate narrative universe that has been unfolding since 2015’s Blurryface. For longtime fans, it’s the long-awaited beginning of the end to a nearly decade-long saga.

The tour, produced by Live Nation, will see Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun bring their high-concept live show to major stadiums and amphitheaters across the U.S. and Canada. Highlights include a return to Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on September 20 and a massive finale at Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium on October 25.

This new run comes less than six months after the band wrapped the Clancy World Tour, which drew over 1.1 million fans worldwide and included a record-breaking 65,000-strong stadium show in Mexico City. That tour followed the release of Clancy, a chart-dominating LP that sold over 143,000 copies in its first week and has racked up more than a billion global streams.

If that weren’t enough, 2025 has already seen the band take home Favorite Rock Album and Favorite Rock Artist at the American Music Awards, while also celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Blurryface. The iconic record made history as the first album ever to earn RIAA Gold or Platinum certifications for every single track—a feat that landed it a Guinness World Record and over 15 billion streams to date.
