Stella Lefty follows Billboard breakthrough with fan favourite "Good At Leaving" ahead of biggest UK shows yet
Stella Lefty has released her new single "Good At Leaving," capitalising on a breakout year that has seen the fast-rising country-pop artist score a Billboard hit, surpass 370 million career streams and land her biggest UK performances to date.
The new track arrives just ahead of Lefty's appearance supporting Mumford & Sons at BST Hyde Park, followed by a sold out headline show at London's Hoxton Hall, as the Los Angeles singer continues her rapid rise on both sides of the Atlantic.
"Good At Leaving" was already a fan favourite before its official release, with audiences regularly calling for the song after Lefty introduced it during recent live sets. The single follows her acclaimed EP Is This Heaven? and builds on the emotional honesty that has become a defining feature of her songwriting.
Driven by sweeping country-pop production and introspective lyrics, the song explores the instinct to leave relationships before getting hurt, with Lefty reflecting on heartbreak, emotional self-protection and the search for lasting connection.
Its release comes after the success of "Boston," which climbed into the Top 15 of the Billboard Hot 100 and the Top 20 at US Country Radio, helping establish Lefty as one of the genre's fastest emerging artists. Alongside her growing streaming numbers, she has amassed more than one billion views across platforms and completed a sold out headline tour.
The momentum continues throughout the summer with festival appearances including Lollapalooza, Osheaga, Austin City Limits and Bourbon & Beyond, alongside select dates supporting Tucker Wetmore. Lefty has also made her late night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, earned BBC Radio 1 A-List support and been named a SiriusXM Highway Find.
With "Good At Leaving," Lefty continues to translate viral momentum into lasting success, arriving in the UK at a point where her career is moving from breakthrough story to established international contender.
