The world famous Born This Way star sent a personal e mail to a 17-year old fan, Jacques St Pierre. She fully praised the young fan for speaking out against the ever growing problem of bullying in schools and the workplace.

Reports have stated that attached to the e mail is  a ZIP file; security professionals have claimed that the  file could make it easier for hackers to penetrate computers around the world.
